		Jim Cannaley purchases small tube fabrication shop in Temperance, MI, and begins J Richard Industries. Over the next 20 years, J Richard Industries becomes an industry leader in rotary swaging and tube cutoff.
		J Richard Industries is sold to Code, Henessey and Simmons LLC.
		Jim Cannaley begins Woodsage Industries, L.L.C. in Toledo, OH, specializing in tube fabrication.       Precision Cutoff, L.L.C. is formed through asset acquisition.
		Woodsage relocates from Toledo, OH to Holland, OH.
		Woodsage finalizes the acquisition of J Richard Industries, L.L.C.
