Since 1975. We started as a swaging company and evolved into a full-service custom fabrication company.

Our factory is in Holland, Ohio, a suburb of Toledo, Ohio.

Yes - we are known for our outstanding engineering support and customer service. Many times, a customer brings us a sketch of their idea and we help them develop it into a mass produced finished product.

Six. Our capabilities include live-tooling, Y-axis and sub-spindle. We can turn, bore, drill, tap, thread and groove.

Tube laser cutting is a core competency of Woodsage. We utilize three tube lasers to precision-cut bars or tubes up to 6” in diameter. Our laser cutting services include holes, slots, copes and custom, intricate designs – including logos.

It depends on the size, material and desired finished product. We have a full suite of tube-forming processes under one roof — rotary swaging for end-reduction and sizing, CNC spin forming for complex rotary profiles, precision ID / OD tube sizing for repeatable geometry and louver/perforation for stainless tubes. TIG and MIG welding completes assemblies in-house.

Yes, we have 12 rotary swaging machines that can handle tube from 0.75" up to 5" in diameter. We originally started as a swaging company, so we are highly experienced in this area.

Because we do everything in-house, we are known for our short lead times and are best in class for on-time delivery. 

Yes, we are independently certified to ISO 9001:2015. Our quality management system covers production planning, in-process inspection, non-conformance management and corrective action. We are committed to delivering only the highest-quality products and services.

We produce more than one million steel tube parts every month. 

Yes, all of our products are manufactured in our facility in Holland, Ohio. 

For round – 8.6", and for square – 7.875". Our in-line operations include deburr, length verification and threading.

Our six Turning Centers handle a wide range of part sizes – from small precision components to large-diameter heavy-duty work. Each unit has multi-axis and dual-turret capabilities, which allows us to produce complex parts in a single setup. Each Turning Center also features an automated bar feed system that allows us to do high-volume, unattended production runs.
